We are the Underwriters for Northwest Airlines, Inc., And the above-captioned claim has been forwarded to this office for our handling.
We have completed our investigation, and we find that our insured is not responsible for the damage done to your computer.
By copy of this letter we ask Globe Services Corp. to pick up the tender of this claim and handle it to conclusion.

Riley Comments:
Unlike NWA staff, Mr. Camano was always pleasant and conducted himself in a professional manner. But as a matter of law (agency law), the prime contractor - NWA, is responsible for the actions of sub-contractors, Globe Airport Services Corp. And in the end no one has compensated me for the computer.
